? Drill holes vertically on the two marks with an electric drill.
? Slide the plastic expansion anchor into the wall, If needed, tap the anchor with a hammer.
? Line up the base and put the bolt washers through the screw, Insert the hook screw into the plastic anchor and start to turn clockwise.
? Cover screw caps.
