I am overall pleased with this vinyl holder. The holder itself is sturdy with or without vinyls on it. In the photo, the holder is holding 70 vinyls with lots of room to spare. It took me probably about 1.5 hours to assemble — all materials needed were included, though some of the directions were kind of vague (I was unsure where the nuts pieces were supposed to go at first, but if you look very closely at the directions, they are pictured in the vertical bars step, just very very tiny). I consider myself moderately competent at assembling furniture, so others might have an easier time. I was worried before ordering if it would take up a lot of space / look good in my space, but I was very pleased that the holder fit well in my space and has a minimalist look, but also practical and sturdy.

I’ll give 4 ⭐️’s …however, the instructions were very juvenile, but it doesn’t take a rocket science to figure this one out.I’ve purchased two thus far and they’re standing true to their durability and holding a vast amount of records. Don’t quote me on the count, as we have many, so I’m not 100% on 100-120 claim.Worth the price though in my opinion, as most stores didn’t have any options for record holders!

We got this together in about 20 minutes using a T25 hex bit on a drill and a 10mm rachet. We also used a rubber mallet to insert the vertical posts, we had a few that didn’t want to slide together. All the holes lined up well. It’s sturdy and well built.We did have paint chips on it out of the box in 2 places but they’re minimal and not noticable.

I bought this vinyl storage unit for my sheet music books and it’s a great fit in terms of size and design. There are a few drawbacks, though. The unit is a bit wobbly and uneven, but I fixed that by adding extra pads to one leg. The screws on the shelves stick out, which can be a nuisance, and the dividers aren’t very stable. I’m not sure why sone people are having problems with the assembly of this stand. Lose for everything, level, tighten. Had it together and loaded with around 70 records in 30min. Sturdy with no worries about it ripping over.
